1. Website purpose

CodeDev presents software work, technical documentation, capabilities, and a way to start a project conversation. Public material is provided for information and demonstration unless a page expressly states otherwise.

2. Project inquiries are not contracts

Submitting an inquiry, receiving a reply, discussing a budget, or viewing an estimate does not by itself create a contract, employment relationship, partnership, exclusivity obligation, or guarantee that work will be accepted. A project becomes binding only when the relevant parties agree to the applicable scope and commercial terms.

3. Estimates, schedules, and availability

Any preliminary budget, timeframe, availability statement, roadmap, release status, or technical description may change as requirements are clarified. Formal deliverables, payment terms, warranties, support, intellectual-property ownership, and acceptance criteria should be defined in the project-specific agreement.

4. Site content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the CodeDev site design, original written material, branding, and original project presentation are owned by their respective rights holders. Third-party names, libraries, trademarks, screenshots, downloads, or linked resources remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Do not imply endorsement or ownership that has not been granted.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, automated spam, or intentionally harmful content; probe private administration routes; interfere with availability; bypass access controls; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Legitimate security reports are welcome through the contact channel when made responsibly.

6. External links and downloads

Project pages may link to third-party websites, repositories, stores, or downloads. Those destinations are controlled by their respective operators. Review their security, privacy, licensing, and usage terms before relying on them.

7. Availability and changes

The website and its public materials may be changed, suspended, corrected, or removed. CodeDev does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every historical project, preview, or external download will remain available indefinitely.

8. Disclaimer and responsibility

Public documentation and examples are provided for general informational purposes and may require adaptation for a specific production environment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CodeDev is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of public examples, unavailable third-party services, or reliance on preliminary information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the site is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Governing context and updates

These website terms are intended for an independent studio operating from the Philippines and are subject to applicable mandatory law. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown above; project-specific signed agreements take precedence for the engagement they cover.
